1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for our global community of travelers.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days FREE

  • Expedited Shipping: depends on product

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

24 Inspirations ships to addresses worldwide. Whether you are prepping for a trip to Europe or exploring local trails, we aim to get your gear to you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: 24 Inspirations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your journey-ready gear directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

5. Damages

24 Inspirations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. 24 Inspirations is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).

  3. Contact your local post office or the carrier.
